I have followed your blog since you were featured in the Observer….just love it!! Baking has always been a hobby for me, but after putting on to many extra pounds, I have been on a diet for the past several months. Through your blog, I have discovered the cupcake recipes and have just been a cupcake baking fool lately. They are easy to give away and I get to fulfill my urge to bake without having a whole cake to tempt me. Keep up the great work!!!!

I bet in your quest for an ideal pumpkin bar, searching for “pumpkin blondies” would be a good call! Blondies are usually brownieish in texture, and I would imagine a pumpkin one would be extra moist. I need recipe some advice/insight!
I didn’t have the time to participate in the ‘Cooking Hard Stuff’ challenge but I want to undertake homemade pita bread and chips but besides homemade hummas – do you have any sweet or interesting dip or seasoning ideas for the chips?

Hope those ideas are helpful! I, for one, love pita dipped in tahini and sprinkled with coarse salt, served with a side of feta and olives. Mmmm.
