You guys have probably noticed that I’ve been a little coconut nutty (coconutty?) lately. I hated coconut as a child, so now that I understand its unadulterated deliciousness, I have to make up for lost time. I think those might be my favorite too, Marissa — They were SO good. Mike has some frozen in his freezer and every now and then I’ll heat one and eat it with some vanilla bean ice cream. So good!
