I have this video about layered cheesecakes that might help, too! The only thing that ever goes wrong is sometimes the crust isn’t tall enough for the cake layer to fit down in, so make your crust go up as high as you can — but even if your cake sticks out, nothing a little icing can’t fix đŸ˜‰
